Flank Steak and Marinade by Shirley

Ingredients

  • 1 Flank steak
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Onion
  • 1/2 cup Lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup Vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Celery Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon Oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon Rosemary
  • 1/2 clove Garlic Minced
  • 1 cup Pale Dry Sherry
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper

Instructions

  1. Marinate the steak in the mixture of the above for at least 4-5 hours.
  2. Barbeque the steak.
  3. Cut into strips no more than 1/4-inch thick
