Ingredients
- 1 Flank steak
- 1/2 cup Chopped Onion
- 1/2 cup Lemon juice
- 1/4 cup Vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Celery Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon Oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon Rosemary
- 1/2 clove Garlic Minced
- 1 cup Pale Dry Sherry
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
Instructions
- Marinate the steak in the mixture of the above for at least 4-5 hours.
- Barbeque the steak.
- Cut into strips no more than 1/4-inch thick
