Mastering Thanksgiving: Tip 5 – Smaller Crowds

SoftYellowGourdAre you hosting a smaller crowd? If you’re cooking for two to four people, don’t buy the whole turkey!

Unless somebody adores dark meat, you can get away with buying a turkey breast.

In addition to being budget-friendly, this also helps with cooking time (fewer pounds = faster to the table). Plus you get all of the flavor and even leftovers and a good amount of bones for making stock.
