So, who else is exploring charcuterie? My favorite thing about it lately is how fancy it looks, but how simple it is to make. In fact, it can take very little planning and hot tip…if you need to make it on the fly, check your fridge and pantry for what you already may have.

Olives, cheese, pickles, fruit, cheese, crackers, cured meats, nuts. A little bit of a lot of things actually comes together better than you’d think.
