Remember, the higher quality honey and mustard you use, the better your sauce will be. Learn to make your own mustard here.
- 1/4 cup dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- Combine the garlic powder, mustard, honey, and olive oil in a medium mixing bowl.
- Use as a spread, a dipping sauce, or brush on to chicken a few minutes before removing from the grill (like you would do with bbq sauce).
Store in the fridge for up to one month, checking occasionally to make sure it is still looking fresh. You may be able to keep it longer.
