Shelf-stable (suitable for shipping and unrefrigerated storage), this sauce is made in 7.5 quart batches with all peppers, chilies, and tomatoes roasted by me. Both sauces contain no gluten or dairy, and are both vegan.
Perfect for huevos rancheros, migas, enchiladas, or a base for tortilla soup, or use on any Mexican dish.
