As of this morning, Dip Dip Dip Tatsu-Ya is taking reservations, and if you don’t want to stand in line for an hour or more, I recommend grabbing a spot while you can via the Resy App.
Opening day is Thursday, June 27, 2019.
The easiest way to get your reservation booked is either:
- Download the Resy App
- Go to the Dip Dip Dip Tatsu-Ya Facebook Page and click Book Now” OR Go to https://www.dipdipdip-tatsuya.com/ and click on the “Reservations” button at the top of the page.
- Login to your Resy account and grab a spot
For those of you who aren’t familiar with this new member of the Tatsu-Ya restaurant family in Austin, Dip Dip Dip will be North Austin’s hot pot spot. After Shabu changed names and turned into a ramen place, we here in North ATX entered a hot pot drought. So imagine our delight when we learned that not only will we now have hot pot again, but it is by the outstanding Tatsu-Ya group (see ATX’s most famous-for-good-reason Ramen Tatsu-Ya, Kemuri Tatsu-Ya, and so on).
Initially, Dip Dip Dip will be open Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday from 5-10 pm and Friday and Saturday from 5-11 pm. Reservations are filling up fast, so don’t waste any time planning your first Tatsu-Ya hot pot experience.
