Working on my fourth cookbook of my “A Home Cook’s Dozen” series (name to be announced at a future date), I’ve been experimenting in the kitchen with noodles, sauces, and in some cases, fillings. I wanted to share some of the photos I’ve been shooting while writing and testing recipes for the book.
The book will include recipes for handmade noodles, sauces, fillings, plus techniques and tools to make every dish. I’m still working on narrowing down which dishes I’ll include, and I’m interested in knowing what my readers want to see in the book.
