Working on my fourth cookbook of my “A Home Cook’s Dozen” series (name to be announced at a future date), I’ve been experimenting in the kitchen with noodles, sauces, and in some cases, fillings. I wanted to share some of the photos I’ve been shooting while writing and testing recipes for the book. LinguiniClams

The book will include recipes for handmade noodles, sauces, fillings, plus techniques and tools to make every dish. I’m still working on narrowing down which dishes I’ll include, and I’m interested in knowing what my readers want to see in the book.

Caprese Pesto Pasta with Shrimp
Caprese Spaghetti with Shrimp or Chicken and Pesto
Swedish Meatballs & Egg Noodles In Light Sauce
Spaghetti with Mushrooms & White Wine Sauce
Traditional Beef Stroganoff (can be made, as above, with grain in place of egg noodles).
Pasta Primavera with Asparagus, Green Beans, Shrimp & Pesto Sauce
Stir-fried LoMein with Veggies and Pork or Chicken. Ginger Garlic Sauce.
Penne and Shrimp tossed with Kalamata Olives, Herbs, Garlic, and topped with fresh Parsley
Spaghetti topped with Meat & Mushroom Sauce
Melissa’s Mac & Three Cheeses
