Tell me about your garden, farm, harvest. The photo at the top is my four raised beds in East Greenwich, Rhode Island. Protected by a mesh fence. It turned out to be best for herbs (and marigolds), which the wildlife didn’t bother till after harvest. I grew vegetables in pots on a deck porch where the deer and other critters couldn’t get to them.

I always grow tons of basil, rosemary, chives, sage, oregano, mint and thyme. In pots I grow hot peppers, bell peppers, tomatoes, strawberries, snap peas and of course annual flowers in hanging pots.

In my window sill I’m growing green onions, celery, thyme, and rosemary. The peppers have gone outside since the weather is already pretty warm here in Austin..
